Who we are
chae offers a personalized four-day skincare ritual (“the 4-Day Glow Ritual”). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you take the quiz, we collect the answers you provide about your skin, timeline, and the moment you’re preparing for, along with your first name and email address if you choose to enter them. When checkout is available, we will also collect the order, shipping, and payment details needed to fulfill your ritual (payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
How we use it
We use your quiz answers to build and personalize your ritual, and your contact details to respond to you and, with your consent, to send updates about chae. We do not sell your personal information.
Email list
If you join the chae email list from the popup, we keep your email with when you signed up, the page you signed up on and the exact wording of the email line you saw. Every chae email lets you unsubscribe.
Cookies & analytics
We use analytics tools to measure visits and shopping activity, including session replay to understand interactions on public store pages.
A first-party session cookie keeps your visit together. A separate cookie records acknowledgment of the tracking notice; optional tracking preferences are stored only when you choose them in settings.
In the US, tracking runs automatically unless you opt out or your browser privacy signal blocks it. In other or unknown locations, it stays off until you give permission in Privacy settings. Dismissing the cookie notice does not change your choices.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To make a request, contact us at hello@chae.com.
